Coaching Staff

Coach Gomez began coaching at Nampa High School in January of 2021. She was the assistant coach under Kelli Rich until the Spring of 2025 when she became the head coach. She cheered for the Bulldogs for 3 years, before graduating and moving on to coach at another high school in the valley for 3 years. 

Coach Gomez is qualified as a technical and routine judge in the state of Idaho along with strengths in Sideline and Stunt Choreography.

Coach Gomez’s area's of expertise are choreography detail, focus in stunting technique, developing interpersonal relationships with her athletes, strong leadership skills, and cultivating highly motivated and talented athletes. 

Coach Shankel cheered for Nampa High in 2018 & 2019, then went on to cheer for Grand Canyon University. She is a strong tumbler and excels in both partner and group stunting. Her problem solving skills and positive attitude create a solid atmosphere for our Nampa Cheer program.

Coach Rackham cheered for Nampa High in 2018 & 2019, then went on to serve in the Military. He has tremendous knowledge of tumbling and excels in both partner and group stunting. His leadership and teamwork create a solid atmosphere for our Nampa Cheer program.
